To do this, simply follow the same steps that you would follow in “Replacement”. The difference is that a NEW line item is created on a NEW sales order, rather than the original sales order. However, there is a setting in “Custom Settings” which states: “Create New Order for Replacement RMA?”. If this is selected, then this type of RMA will create a NEW sales order with a NEW sales order line for the pending shipment of the replacement item, making the “Replacement RMA” act just like this “Replacement from Order”.
