Adding a Serial Number from a receipt to a Purchase Order
Go to the purchase order for which you want to receive material. Click “Receive PO”. Click “Receive” on the item you want to receive. If you want to receive all items, click “Receive All”
In the example above, lot tracking is turned on for this org, serial number tracking is turned on for this item.
If you also turn on the Hardware Revision, Mac Address and Software Version, then when you receive the purchase order, you are also required to enter those numbers.
Then click “Save Received Items”.
Then, click “Back to Purchase Order”.
