From the Sales Order screen, click “New”
This screen is a filled out sales order header screen. The only mandatory field is the Customer Account field. In this example, the following fields have been entered:
- Customer Account
- Customer Contact
- Mode of Delivery
The user has the ability to change and customize this page to fit their needs. We also offer a “Create Sales Order” button on the Account Object for repeat Sales Orders.
You can modify the address information, use the address tracker by clicking “Refresh Address Detail”, choose a contact by clicking “Choose Contact”, change the shipping/billing address, invoke the “Tracking Summary”, which will bring you a shipper tracking screen, or simply go to the “Sales Order Line Information” list and choose to add a line item by clicking the button that reads “Add Lines by Item”
